M alaria is a life- threatening mosquitoe- born disease. It is transmitted by the female anopheles mosquitoes since they feed on blood.the parasite belongs to the plasmodium genus and it is of different types, plasmodium falciparium, vivaux,ovale, malariae and knowlesi. Falciparium is the most common n deadly especially in the sun Saharan Africa.
